Refund policy

Original Oil Paintings All original paintings are final sale. As one-of-a-kind works, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review all photos, dimensions, and details carefully before purchasing. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll work to make it right.

Archival Prints Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, undamaged condition. To initiate a return, email [byashleyroseart@gmail.com] with your order number. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Stickers Stickers are final sale due to their low price point and hygienic nature.

Commissions Commission deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel after work has begun, the deposit covers time already invested. Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the final piece, please reach out, we'll discuss revisions within the agreed scope.
