Welcome By purchasing from or using Art by Ashley Rose (artbyashleyrose.com), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

About Art by Ashley Rose is a one-woman independent art studio owned and operated by Ashley Rose, based in Western, MA.

Orders & Payment All prices are listed in USD. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at my discretion. Payment is required in full at checkout (except commissions — see below).

Commissions Commission work requires a non-refundable deposit to begin. The scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon via email before work starts. The final piece is delivered upon receipt of full payment. Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included; significant changes may incur additional fees. Commissioned works are also subject to my intellectual property rights — I retain the right to photograph and share the finished piece for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property All artwork created by Ashley Falkowski, including originals, prints, and commissions, remains my intellectual property. Purchase of a physical piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, resell, or use my work commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability My liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. I am not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or import fees.

Changes to These Terms I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
